These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the College Recruitment Portal ("College Recruitment Portal," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

College Recruitment Portal is an online platform designed to help student-athletes and their families manage the college recruitment process. The platform may include tools for creating athlete profiles, organizing target schools, tracking outreach to college coaches, accessing educational recruiting resources, and related services.

College Recruitment Portal is a technology platform only and does not represent, guarantee, or influence recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or communications from college programs.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age to use College Recruitment Portal. If a user is between the ages of 13 and 17, use of the platform requires parental or legal guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

Users may create an account using a valid email address or by signing in through a third-party authentication provider, such as Google. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information and for all activity that occurs under their account.

4. Use of Google Services

College Recruitment Portal may offer Google Sign-In to allow users to securely authenticate and access their accounts. If users explicitly grant permission, College Recruitment Portal may access limited Google account data solely for the purposes described during the authentication process.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner, provide accurate information, and not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by College Recruitment Portal are owned by or licensed to College Recruitment Portal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." College Recruitment Portal does not guarantee recruitment success, scholarship offers, or responses from college programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, College Recruitment Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Users may stop using the platform at any time. College Recruitment Portal may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Modifications to Terms

College Recruitment Portal may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
