3. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store payment data.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Used only to manage accounts, enable recruiting outreach, process payments, support users, and maintain security.
Emails are sent through users' own email providers and are not stored on our system.
5. FILE STORAGE
Resumes, transcripts, and videos are stored securely on DigitalOcean servers.
6. SECURITY
We use encryption, HTTPS, 2FA, and restricted access controls.
7. MINORS & CHILDREN
Minors may use the platform. Parental permission is assumed. Parents may request deletion at support@golfrecruitmentportal.com.
8. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties. Only Stripe receives limited payment data.
9. EMAIL DISCLOSURE
Message content is not stored on our servers.
10. USER RIGHTS
Users may access, edit, delete, and request removal of data.

We do not use advertising cookies, pixels, or third-party analytics.

Data is retained only while the account remains active.
